What day and time are your services?

During the school year, our worship services are held on Sunday mornings at 8:30am and 11:00am.

How long is a typical service?

Our services last about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

How do I get to Church of the Apostles?

We are located just north of the I-440 Beltline in between Six Forks Road and Wake Forest Road at the corner of St. Albans Drive and Church at North Hills Street. Click here for directions.

What do I do if I have questions when I get there?

We have greeters and ushers available to help you with any questions that you may have.

How do people dress at Church of the Apostles?

People come to Apostles in a wide array of attire. You will see people in anything from jeans and flip flops to suits and dresses.

What does it mean to be an Anglican Church?
What is your worship style?

As an Anglican church, we meet God through biblical preaching, liturgical prayers and weekly celebration of Communion. Our worship also combines modern songs with the great hymns of the faith, which are led by vocalists, guitars, piano, drums and other instruments such as mandolin.

Do you offer Sunday School?

During the school year (September-May) we offer Sunday School classes for both Adults and Children during the 10:00 hour. We do not offer Sunday School classes during the summer months.

What do you have for children on Sunday mornings?

During the services we have nursery care for children from birth through 3 years for the entire service. For children 4 years old to the 2nd grade, we offer Kids Time during the sermon and prayer time. Then every other Sunday we have Big Time for children who are 3rd through 5th grade.

What do you have for youth in middle school and high school?

Our youth worship service – The Deal – is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:00. Click here for the schedule.
